 For fully adjustable tops, we recommend focusing on cup size measurement to find your size.

Band measurement is around your rib cage, directly under your bust.

BOTTOM FIT

Sizing Tips:

  Waist - place measuring tape relaxed at the narrowest area between rib cage and hip.

Low hip - place measuring tape relaxed at the widest part of your hips.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Orders are processed between 3-5 business days. Orders made after 12pm PST will not be processed until the following day. Orders made over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed all major holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

BĀBEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

BĀBEN offers free domestic shipping to the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.

 International Shipping 

$45 Flat Rate - DHL Express International Shipping. Allow 3 to 14 business days for international shipments.

Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost. 

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. BĀBEN is not responsible for these additional costs.

If you wish to exchange and are interested in a different color, size, or style, please return your item(s) to us and purchase the new piece separately on our website: www.baben.us. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will issue your refund. 

International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

Please ensure that the package arrives to us safely. Bāben cannot be held accountable in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the shipment. Please make sure the customer's correct full name, address, telephone number, and order number is present on the package. 

 Returns are accepted on the following requirements: 

• The item must be in original condition, with all tags in place, including the hygiene seal
• Item returned must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered 
• For sanitary reasons, we ask that all swimwear is tried on over undergarments
• We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 
• Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to use in accordance with care instructions, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

 All items purchased on sale are final sale and can only be returned for exchange in size (dependent on availability)
