Return Policy

 

We offer easy exchanges and returns for orders within the U.S.A.

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund on non-sale items, minus a $10 return processing fee. Exchanged items will not be charged this fee.

If you wish to exchange or return your item, please email: orders@baben.us to request a return label. 

International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

Please ensure that the package arrives to us safely. Bāben cannot be held accountable in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the shipment. Please make sure the customer's correct full name, address, telephone number, and order number is present on the package. 

 Returns are accepted on the following requirements: 

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, hygienic liners, and packaging intact.
  • For sanitary reasons, we ask that all swimwear is tried on over undergarments
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to use in accordance with care instructions, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
  • Any item that has been worn, used for photography, video, social media content, or promotional purposes is considered worn and is not eligible for return or refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if an item shows signs of wear, alteration, use, or exposure to water, makeup, oils, tanning products, or photography styling.
  • We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
